Easy Indoor S’mores by Rebecca of Nourish Nutrition Blog – Rebecca gives you instructions for making S’mores indoors! So no matter the weather you can always have S’more 🙂 She also gives ideas for dressing them up — add berries, bananas, peanut butter cups or ditch the graham cracker and make them with chocolate chip cookies!
S’mores Layer Cake from Michelle of Brown Eyed Baker – This CAKE! I made her version of the Milk Bar Birthday Cake a few weeks ago, it did not come out nearly as beautiful as hers, but it was so much fun to make! I think I need to keep practicing my milk bar cake skills with this one!
Mini Vegan S’more Cups from Lindsay of The Toasted Pine Nut – Look at that chocolate, drooling… these look like they can’t be good for you, but they are! Just like so many of Lindsay’s magical recipes, these have healthy hidden in them! The “marshmallow” is made with aquafaba (the water-like substance you drain from your can of chickpeas), can you believe it?!
